Customer noticed some soft spots around the toilet so she thought the toilet was leaking, come to find out it was not the toilet it was a failed sewer line that was causing the water damage.
Solutions provided:
Louisiana Leak Detection went out with our infrared camera and our sonar equipment to locate the failed sewer line. We wrote her a report and referred the water damage to United Fire and Water.
